I am specifically teaching older elementary children

Older elementary learners are ready for deeper research, more complex maths, richer cultural studies, advanced language work and increasingly independent projects.

Use the 9–12 collection when you want to narrow the library to resources particularly suited to upper elementary.

I create MontessoriKiwi resources from more than 20 years of teaching experience, including Montessori in both home and school settings.

I know what it is like to work with children who are at very different stages, to have limited preparation time, to manage a mixed-age environment and to need useful follow-up work without spending every evening making it.

Resources backed by teaching experience

I'm Lisa, a Montessori-trained and New Zealand registered teacher, Montessori school founder and former homeschooler.

I have more than 20 years of teaching experience and more than 11 years creating educational resources. I have experienced Montessori both at home and in school, which means I design with the realities of both environments in mind.

My goal is not to give children more worksheets. It is to give adults practical materials that support curiosity, reasoning, skill development and increasingly independent learning.
