A transition booklet for students who are moving from pre-school/kindy to new entrants or year 1 at Primary school.

This is an editable Powerpoint file. You will need powerpoint to use this document.

This booklet helps students understand their new school and where things are there and to express their feelings.

When completed the child can read the book regularly at home or school.

Formatted as a PPT all you need to do is insert text or pictures on the template to fit your needs. You can leave out pages that are not relevant and make your own as needed.

- A cover page
- How do you feel about your new school (circle the picture)
- this is where the toilet is at my new school
- this is where the playground is
- this is where I will be picked up
