New Zealand Money Level 3: Shopping List

Students use a price list to work out the price of various items on a list.

For example how much does it cost for 3.5kg of apples, 2 bunches of grapes and a donut?

Students will also become familiar with the words 'per kg', expensive and cheaper.

- adding money
- working out change
- working out which is cheaper or more expensive
- finding the difference between amounts (subtraction)
